We survived 2 days of "OHIO SUNSHINE".

A special thanks to all of those who came, participated, and endured. A good call by the race committee to extract us from the weather while still getting all classes on the water. Thanks to all for their hard work. A special thanks to the tow boat and turn judges who proved you won't melt. Also a thank you to the judges stand, Captain Jack, Big Jon, Brian, and Shannon. Thanks to all teams and crews for leaving the pit area in as good a shape as possible (thank you Jesse, Mark, and "the mule")

Lastly, a special thank you to Jim and Amy for hosting another super drivers dinner Saturday night. Food was served inside (hint, think dry) and timely. Outside was amusement rides for the young at heart. A great time was had by all.



See you at Franklin, PA in two weeks.

TRORA would like to thank all the drivers who braved the weather this weekend. We will put our order of sunshine and warm temps in early for next year.

Big thanks to Dana Holt for all the leg work getting us on the site and everything he did this weekend. Also to Mike Marshall for being on site from Wednesday and doing all the prep work and being on the water the whole weekend. Jesse & Uncle Mike for bring the mule and for getting all the trailers out without turning the swamp land into a mud pit. Jim and Amy Sweeney for the great dinner Saturday & a boat burning. Mad Jack, Jon & Jonathon Brewster for all the work they put in all weekend - there was a Brewster working somewhere every minute there was racing. Eric & Austin Vanover for all the help packing the club stuff.

And a huge Thank you to all the drivers and ladies (or lady drivers in some cases) that stepped up and did multiple turnboat & stand duty. Without you, we all would be standing on the beach.

Hope to see everyone at Franklin (We ordered 70's and sunshine for all 3 days).

Thanks to everyone who attended Delaware and stuck it out in the adverse weather conditions. And especially for taking great care of the park in such wet weather.

TRORA appreciates your support and efforts.

It was a difficult decision to scale heat racing back, but felt it was in the best interest to all. Hope to see you all, and more, next year.
