I need some help locating these racers

I took these photos at Rochelle and Candlewick in 2008. I need to get in contact with the owners/drivers of these boats about and opportunity that has come up. If you know of these individuals please pass it on to them to contact me through this forum via PM or email.

4 This one is at Rochelle. I beleive the guy in front facing forward is from Rochelle fire dept (maybe someone can confirm that) the one with the tan hat is Chicago Paul, Im not sure who the driver of the rescue boat is. Im sure you folks know.
