  • U.S. A- Team in Poland

A dark cloud settled over the OSY-400 World Championship in Chodziez Poland when Estonian driver Raivo Peetsman was fatally injured after spinning out in turn two on lap 3 and was subsequently hit by another boat. The race was scored as run after two heats with defending World Champion Rasmus Hagusmagi claiming the Gold Medal, Algo Kuus, also from Estonia winning the silver with Slovakia’s Maroslav Bazinski claiming the Bronze. The entire U.S. A-Team wishes to send our heartfelt condolences to the Peetsman family, friends, and loved ones and to the entire Estonian Racing Federation who have become our close friends while competing in Europe over the last five years.

    Sincerely,

    Billy Allen

    Captain, U.S. A-Team.
