Modified 30hp yamaha tunnel

This is my first real attempt at driving my new set up.
The power head is a 3 cylinder modified yamaha on a 44xs leg and gear case with hydrolic trim. I chose outside pole and took the first corner at 1/2 throttle till it was safe to overtake. On the straights I am not full throttle as It feels like she would flip, still got some more set up to do.

Impressive speed for a 30. What mods were done to the power head and are prop pitch, diameter, type and gear ratio?
