Questions about USTS & OSY-400 at Raleigh

I have a couple of questions about the Raleigh race and USTS membership.

1. Will prize money be awarded at the Raleigh race for the OSY-400 class?

2. What is the cost for annual membership in the USTS?

I guess I was actually asking the question about the prize money to confirm that OSY-400 would be getting prize money at Raleigh from a USTS Official. So, if anyone knows for sure, I'd like to know.
