Well the points for the partial schedule at Winona are in and Amy Nydahl has taken a good lead in 1100H after winning at Winona, with also leading the 250H category as well. She can sure live up to the name FASTGAL! Ray Hammond, another good day in 175H finds the Bartow, Fl driver, who has been to all three Title Series Races this yr, leads all in this class. Derek Gesler, driving his own design build runabout, is out front in the 500R class. Ike Yoder continues the lead in 350H and Tim Small, not only leads the 250R, but 350R as well. It was great to add Mike Krier to the mix at Winona, as the crops are in and he is ready to do some racing As indicated Depue fans are getting excited for the upcoming USTS PRO NATIONALS is all about the best and favorite spot to watch from the beach. Fans have already started to mark their spots with spray paint and tarps and chairs. all have their favorite drivers and I know down near the ramp a few quarters change hands each heat, have not figured out how to get my cut. Don't forget our awards banquet is open to the fans who purchase the dinner tickets and can join in the fun as we honor the USTS PRO NATIONAL CHAMPIONS. For those of you coming to Constantine, remember the state has put in a bypass around the city. Coming from the tollway on the south, you will be making a right hand turn off the bypass and follow the route through the city. If you are coming from the Three Rivers, you will make a left off the bypass and the American Legion post will be on the left. Miss the bypass and you will be doing laps around Constantine.
