I made an inquiry to know when and where the last 175WC was held and to my astonishment there has never been a 175WC in all of UIM history. There were only European championships in the past and the last one was in 1972. This race will be a first and I hope the beginning of an annual event. I thank the Depue Mens club for making this possible. The advance program will be ready and posted by May 1. Also I might add that all 125s are eligible to run, because the UIM rule states that any engine up to 175cc is legal.

    Role Call

I would like to get a ballpark number of people planning on running 0175 at the Nationals for the Mens Club.

      Count Me In...

      Kristi et all,

Put my name down, and I'm sure Fred Schmidt will run also. So add in two!!!

Rex Hall is currently converting one of my 125 Rossi powerheads into a 175.

      Best Regards To All,

One way, maybe, to get a bunch of 175s together quickly might be to take older Yamato 250 twins and put 350 4-cyl. sleeves in them . . . .

Okay, that'd be quicker AND faster for sure. My notion was that a few guys might find a new use for old machinery, and help fill out the class.

Remember that any and all motors up to 175cc are legit to run. But time is short for motor devopment.
