Congradulations to Doug Hall for his induction into the 2011 APBA HALL OF CHAMPIONS. Doug won the 700 and 1100 hydro National Championships this year, along with the 2010 UIM WORLD TITLE in 1100 hydro. Dougs dad Rex builds and maintains all of Dougs GRM engines, as well as many of the current National Champions. Again, congradulations Doug and Rex, great job.
