It was a beautiful day in San Nazarro, Italy for the final race for the O125 Italian Championship. The GRM motors of Claudio Fanzini grabbed the pole position with Massimo Rossi in second, and Alex Zilioli third, Giacomo Negri was forth and Alex Cremona, driving a 125 for the first time, was fifth. At the start, Fanzini jumped off to a great start, but a broken carburetor needle clip stopped his bid for the heat win. Some great racing saw Massimo Rossi taking the first heat followed by Alex Zilioli, Giacomo Negri, and Alex Cremona. Fanzini repaired the motor and won the final heat, starting from the forth position. The final results for the San Nazarro race.
