Obviously the one race everyone aims for is the Nationals. Records and high points are nice, but some don't live in an area where record races are run or have enough time to chase around for high points, but everyone can aim for the biggest race of the year in a central location.- the Nationals at Depue.

Dave Jones took his new Rossi and a well-used old B&H race boat to decimate the competition. While no faster than the fastest competition, he used the corners to run down those who started in front of him. He never started out front but came from behind to win every heat to showcase the power and reliability of his Rossi motor and the cornering of his B&H race boat. His boat was just a left over old stock boat. Imagine what he could have done with a new one! Or what you could do.

      Rossi in the winner's circle.

One thing that was not addressed here was that each one of these racers are state of the art set-up people. They test and test and take advantage of every piece of information available. Not only is their equipment fast, these guys are fast in their own right. With the experience gained from family background and paying their dues in fuel and time at the lake, they have gone to the front. I am friends with several of these racers and know that if you put them in a boat that was marginal, it would become a winning rig. Congrats guys, you all deserve it.
