Capsule Test at Menomonie?

is there going to be a dunk test at Menomonie this year, i need to get cleared but wont be able to make the Florida races

Black Diamond Rescue will have capsule training on March 26 in Bradley Il. at the Holiday Inn Express.

unfortunetly the soonest i could do it would be the Menomonie race, i am comming off of a deployment this month, and between getting set back up stateside in Ft Riley Ks, and only using my leave for boat races i am unable to travel.
