Well I pick the hometown boy Paulie Bosnich for 125 runabout..and being a Mike Krier fan I pick him for 250 and 350 runabout..

And I must tell you we are all getting boat race fever..many of us have our spots painted and ready for some great racing!!!!

1. The shores will be packed with fans rain or shine! They are diehards in the ILL Valley!
2, The over/under for "holy buckets" from the great Ray Rodda is 7 for the weekend!
3. The drivers will put on a great show as always !
4. We will get to see Dwight Malhiot being EB from Green Acres on the old tractor!
5. Paul Fushlin will win 1100 Runboat with the Screaming Merc!
6. 125 H will have a ton of boats!
7. Tom Kirts jr in 500 R
8. Doug Hall will win one of the big Hydro classes!
9. The town of Depue will waiting for racers on sunday nite, welcoming u guys with open arms!

I deffinantly want the over on the Holy Buckets bet. One good heat of 500 runabout can give you about 5.

As far as the tractor goes, that's one of the main reason my dad goes to DePue every year.

Hey Sean I haven't forgotten about you, I got you and doug 1-2 in the top hydro on sunday with Brandon a close third! Hope you have a safe trip up. Zach, I know how much your dad loves that old tractor, hell if Paul would sell it to him he would leave the boats in Depue! Ok I think I need to revise the holy buckets over/ under now its at 12! Hope everyone has safe trip and I will be working the hamburger grill for part of the week ! See everyone in about 8- 10 days!

I like your #7, Tommy is my pick in 500R! With Mike and Jared all over his coat tails. I'm also betting on my buddy Dave (Hey Joe) Anderson to come into the the beach after every heat with the biggest eyes you have ever seen. Because he is about to strap on a 500 Konny, to my old boat and go for his first true 500R ride.

Hey Nick - I had a chance to pre-view this years race program and all I will say is I hope Dave holds on to that 500 better than he hung on during his ride in the 1100R at Constantine last year. He should know better with Steve at the wheel !!!!!!!!!

1100R and surprise pick

I have not seen a prediction for the 1100R so here it goes.

1st - Derek Gesler
2nd - Mike Thirlby
3rd - Terry Klemm

And for my surprise pick - Brianna Johnson will follow Yvonne and win a Capsule class !!!!

I will also have to take the over on the Holy Buckets , 12 a day might be a better bet.
