  • Usts record shattering weekend

    The first stop on the USTS tour at OCOEE FLORIDA was one for the history books. Beautiful weather with record breaking water set the stage for some amazing speeds on a 3/4 course. 7 of the 9 classes ran set new records. Many of the records were rebroken in the second and third heats as well. Below is a list of the record breakers and speeds. Congratulations to all of the new record holders.

    125 Runabout - Jay Anderson - 56.273 mph
    250 Runabout - Tim Small - 65.486 mph
    350 Runabout - Tim Small - 68.057 mph
    500 Runabout - Jared Gryskiewicz - 71.775 mph
    125 Hydro - Wil Tetro - 59.576 mph
    175 Hydro - Diane Murray - 62.312 mph
    250 Hydro - Chris Hellsten - 70.007 mph

                Thanks, they announced at the awards everyone broke a record on Sunday so I was confused.
