I just received a call from Bob in the hospital. The good PRO doctors ended up performing a quadruple bypass. He is doing well. He is sore but sounds like he's on the mend. He is ttalking about getting home on Saturday!!

Bob did indeed have a quadruple by pass; however, all went very well. He is very sore but in good spirits. He says that he owes God big time....though a bit upset that he has to quit the beer! He is still at Stony Brook Med. Center and will be there to at least Saturday; however, the doctors are not pushing it. Of course we hope he will be home as quick as possible. We are very grateful that he did not ignore the signs and made it to the hospital in time and even more grateful to everyone for the wonderful and caring thoughts and prayers. It was scary for a while and we really needed it.
