Billy Allen had more bad luck and did not get started for the final heat, as he sat on the pole with a chance for a top 3 or 4 finish. Bacciega was leading the final heat with a chance for the overall win, when a broken wire on the ignition ended his day. I am sure the Americans learned a lot and will be more of a force next time.

Congrats Billy and Tony on your results and BIG thanks to the crew. A good crew is very important in these events. Those stories bring back memories of hardwork and heartbreak
Come on home and take it easy with the three minute gun and clock starts

Ryan - the 0-125 champion drove a Composite Racing hull (Estonia) and if I'm not mistaken, the OSY champ was racing a Lucas hull (Germany).
No doubt Mike Ward will correct me if I have the OSY hull wrong, but I'm 100% definite regarding the 0-125 (built by Andres Loorits and Co in Tallinn)
I'm trying to track down what hull Zambelli (Italy) raced in Tallinn. I suspect that it was either a Betta or a GSC boat. If I am correct, that means that in the top 7 in the 0-125 worlds, there wasn't a single wooden boat!!
