I`m coming up from Miami to watch the race cuzz I enjoyed it so much last year! I have some friends that live in nearby St. Petersburg and they might be coming too. I understand that it`s free to watch, but how much for spectator pit passes? They have a 9 year old son and they are wondering if he would be allowed in the pits with them.

              John

Last year we restricted the hot pits from spectators due to the launching area being so tight. We set up a viewing area for the teams and their families and will likely do that again this year. You friends son is welcome around the trailers and any viewing areas...they will have to sign a release for him to get pit pass. Any problems come find me...Glad your coming back it should be bigger this year!!

Who do I have to chase down and bribe in order to set up a tent Saturday evening there in the camping area?

Hmmm.... I just checked the weather forecast for the weekend...could get difficult. The race committee might have to sacrifice a virgin to appease the Gods.
