I like this yellow flag restart caution lap idea... but are they allowed to refuel? Clock shows they've raced for 2:22 minutes and there are 4 yellow flags

Hey Andrew,

No refuel pit stops you must have enough fuel for 30 mins, some will make it some will not.

There will be lots of DNF's due to all the yellow flags.
