part Ident needed...

Ok, I found these in my dads stuff... the gear has 14 teeth and 6 splines. The adapter looks like a drive shaft extention you can see witness marks on the male end where it looked to go into a crank. I am thinking hot rod? or omc of some kind. How about some help?

Please measure the ID & OD of the splines

by the numbers

.436 .525 on the inside of the gear splines the major dia of the teeth is 1.33 in. and the hight of the gear is .685

the coupler is .5 dia. on the male end and .425 in the groves. the coupler is 2.64 long
