I am not a racer but have bought several laydown boats in the past. I wound up with a Tohatsu short shaft engine that I want to get running. I know absolutely nothing about boat engines. I'm in Georgia. Is there someone out there for hire that can go thru this engine and get it running. I will ship both ways of course to drive to get it to you if close enough.
