Rossi 350 timing

I'm wondering whats the correct way to set the timing on my 350cc rossi . I've had the flywheel off an without a keyway I'm not exactly sure where to locate it. There are marks on the stator and the flywheel. I'd appreciate any help. I can't find any specs or info anywhere.
