After pulling the spark plugs on my 302 i noticed the bottom cylinder looked slightly rich while the top one looked good , would running a hotter plug in that bottom cyl help this out ?
With out seeing the plugs it would be hard to tell but keep in mind that as a general rule the top cyl typically runs hotter due to the cooling water running past the bottom cyl first. Are you running 14 or 18 mm heads? If your running 14 mm you have a couple of choices not so much with the 18mm.
