Reed stop height?

OMC 22 ci, 25/400 Mod
has the 8 petal 'flower' reeds
what should the reed stop height be set to?
don't find anything in the OMC service manual stating the height of the stop
they all match well and measure 3/16 inch so this is probably the factory original
just switching from OEM metal to Boyesen fiberglass reeds
leave at 3/16 or change??

There are measurement in the APBA inspection manual for heights. The OMC engineers set the height to match the volume needed. We have not found any need to change the reed stop heights. This is a difficult measurement to make but it really doesn't help performance.
