Hey folks, I suffered a computer invasion last week. Serious enough I formatted the C Drive and reloaded Windows, etc.
Today while looking at rotary tables on EBAY, I suffered an invasion twice.
Both times a new Service Host was opened and the connection bps spiked, and the computer slowed. By opening the task manager these intrusions were easy to catch and close out. Well one was. the other caused an automatic shutdown procedure, I re-booted and found it in my component services file and disabled it. But, it shouldn't be in component services. I have every lastest update to Windows installed. have all the protection software, and I get invaded 2 times in 10 minutes on EBAY. What gives ????
