There is a racing gearcase for that engine, but it is rare and very expensive. Easier to find in Europe than the US.

If you are not looking for an original.

Most guys around here are running an aftermarket Bass Lower Unit on their 3 cylinder race motors. Sid's brother Neil Bass is on this website as nbass. They hold up great, and look just as nice. Very easy to work on if need be, 3 different gear ratio's available.

        Choices

Being you are from Belgium, you should be able to find several Yamato Hatchet foots, or Konigs ? If the Alky classes (APBA PRO) over there run, those units should be able to easily adapt over to your Johnrude. Just make sure they are Spiral Cut gears and not the straight cut gears.

Bass makes a good setup as well, but I imagine the cost of shipping and import tarrifs and whatever else red tape would need involved might get expensive ?
