I have a few, not near enough, DeWald propellers for ASR and CSR. They all have a code on them that starts with a letter and ends with a 3 digit number. Do these codes mean anything or are they just a serial number that is recorded by DeWald with vital statistics?
Two of my "A" props look the same, have the same pitch scribed on them and are the same diameter. They have different "serial" numbers, yet one is a couple of mph faster but is naturally slower out of the turn. If they were intended to be exactly the same would they have the same serial number or not? And we all know that two props maybe exactly the same at creation but will most likely perform differently.
The main reason I am asking is that like everyone else on this site I need a couple of more mph with my "A" as one of my competitors has a couple on me. I plan on picking up another prop or two over the winter and it would be nice if I has something to compare to.
