  • Mercedes Steering Damper Piston Part No?

Does anyone know the M-B OEM part number for the black steering damper piston (see O-250 picture below) used on most of the European-style hydro steering bar setups (including my Mostes)?

The person in the photo looks like Curt Hellsten. Chris was talking to me about this set-up at the World Championships... Try Chris Hellsten. I don't know how to find Chris, but I'm sure Tom Cronk does....! The racing family

if you don't have joy finding the part number stateside, you can always try Giuseppe/Rex as the damper is listed on the GRM website - G2134

Failing, that I am sure that one of the guys this side of the pond will know the number (although the European number isn't necessarily the same as the States.....those tricky Germans! )
