I am going to take apart an OMC foot to replace the seals and any other maintenance. I would like a parts list and diagram if anyone has one.

You might not want to replace the seals. While older seals may leak a bit, they can also give less drag which can be important in a low-horsepower motor. Oil still is pretty inexpensive and an A gearcase holds, what, about 4-5 ounces? Would you change the oil every weekend if it gave you 1/2 MPH? Just something for you to think about.

Attached is list of bearings and seals I worked up for my own use. The initial document was started by George Stillwill when he conducted some research into aftermarket replacement bearings and seals. I took his list and added a few more options and researched the thrust bearings.
Note; while I've used this list to order replacement parts for the cage bearings and seals for my own use twice, I've not used the thrust bearings listed. So check the specs of those listed against your application before using them.
You can order all of these items through any bearing supply house. Here local to me I've order from McGuire Bearing Company, Inc. They have very fast service and their prices where 1/2 what I paid Applied Bearing online so I would not recommend that you use the later company.
Here is McGuire's contact info should you be interested:
