  • Edge on windscreen

I am getting back to restoring my class D Furnel Flyer, Have been working on making a new windscreen to replace the missing one. I think that I have it just about done except for the final fitting. My question is what is the best thing to use to cover the top edge with to cover the sharp edge and also after just looking at some photos of a couple of other Flyers, it looks like the bottom adge was also covered. Any ideas? Thanks, Syd

I use chrome door molding from the local auto parts store. Look in the decal/pinstriping section. The come in 7 ft lengths for maybe $6.00 each.
