Most likely the fastest boats have had their motors "blueprinted". But that still doesn't mean a "stock" motor can't run well also.
Someone else might be able to give actual horsepowers between a "stock" motor and a "blueprinted" motor. I don't know what this might be.
If I was you I would just get used to driving the boat before you spend money on "blueprinting" the motor.
There is also a lot of difference in propellers. Make sure you have a good one.
Dewald would be able to make you a good propeller.
I can not tell from your video how your boat is running. The video is too far away. What kind of boat is it? Is it a racing SST 45 tunnel? What speed are you running?
