I Have A 25 H.p., 1999. Running In Florida Area. Always At Full Throttle (fresh Water). Can I Be Able To Used Without The Thermostat ?:d

Warm it up before going full throttle, leave it on the trailer and idle for 2-3 minutes. If you didn't warm the engine with the thermostat in place then you have the same probability of cold seizure with it in or out.
