Have chased this rig many times!
If your looking to run 25MOD and want to start out right...........THIS IS IT!!

One thing I really like about this rig is the tunnel in the bottom. Seams to help when running with the lift in a Merc foot. Any thoughts on this Mark?

It's always a plus buying proven equipment. Plus you'll get several generations help on set-up.

Hope to see it out there.......IN MY WAKE!!!!!

      tunnel

      Steve,

Thanks for the good words. As for the tunnel, this boat was originally built for 25XS and the tunnel helps 'spill' the trapped air, not allowing the front end to ride too high.

Boat is a solid ride with both the Merc 25ss and 25xs style gearcases.

I know Steve is talking to a lot of people and providing assistance for building OMC 25MHs (B1s). Anyone need a boat to go with their engine? Give me a call.

We mite be interested in the boat ... but our only question is .... would we be able to race a modified Yamato 102 on it ???? We may be getting a B1 or APBA's 25MH , but we were just wondering if we could run a 102 Mod on it ...... in the NBRA's Mod 102 class at 400 lbs.

Should work well with a megaphone Yamato. Slider-pipe-chamber might be too much aft weight for length of this rig. Thoughts------Mark?

              ? ? ?

              John,

As much as I would like to sell the boat, I don't think this boat would be enough for a CMH (or 102 Mod). Most CMHs I've seen are over 10'3" and most have a 36" bottom. I'm not really sure what a CMH or 102 Mod runs, but I'm guessing in the 74-75 mph range. We ran between 70-72 with the 25MH (B1), so if my numbers are close to correct, I wouldn't want to try it. Call me at on my cell if you have any other questions or want to discuss more. Thanks,

              Mark
