Looking for JH boat cart and sleeves and pants for new kid

My 10 year old son is starting racing looking for a boat cart for a JH. Also need a pair of Sleeves and Pants for him. Probably and adult
small or medium he is almost 5' tall and 125lbs.

Live in PA might be at Franklin.
