I've made the modifications to the tooling for the spray shields. Once we received our powerhead I decided to add a bit of length and a bit of curve back at the end. I also had to add "counterbores" on the side for screw clearance as I wanted to keep them outside the just in case one ever came loose. The main portion still follows the inlet angle of the carburetor mouth.
These little buggers are actually harder to make that the D Merc spray shields with a three part mold! They are $65 each.
