New batch of Merc ignitions underway

I have the next batch of ignitions well underway and will have 10 units built and tested by the end of this weekend. A fresh batch of butterflies for the KC carbs is done as well. 12mm couplers are still in stock.

Steve, If I post the blueprints for the mag adapter for the A-MOD 20 Merc motors and the flywheel turn specs for the same OMC Ign that the Sidewinder runs, could you make a batch and turn the 1/2 dozen flywheels I have to send ?.... Mike Thierfelder 41P got the ignition approved last year to cure the %$#$@#$% Phelon mags on the Mercs ?....I sent a a couple flywheels from the Spring Franklin race through Thierfelder......I think Ed does not have the time and I need 4 mags for myself ASAP for this season...... Sorry, the rule that allows this specifically states that Ed is the single source for the machining as per the 2016 ballot......

Steve got E-Mail from Jeff Williams that only the flywheel is to be machined by Ed..... Anyone can do the mag adapter...... Need 4 myself..... Can you do asap ?...... Anyone else to make it worth Steve's time?.... Ed did 2 flywheels for me sending two more for Ed to do.....

Anyone can do the mag adapter, Clamp plates, and coil brackets.
I could make my own brackets but will probably be a hack / cobble job and would rather pay you......LOL!!.....

Need 4 mag adapter "kits" myself.
Can you do a batch to stock a few also asap ?.
Anyone else running 2cyl Merc in A/B MOD or just to replace the Phalon and Skintilla mags on your 2 cyl KG-4/7, 20H, Mark series Mercurys to make it worth Steve's time?

Eliminate points !....

Ed did 2 flywheels (1) 20H size taper and (1) KG-4 size taper for me...... sending two more for Ed to do.....
I had Ed turn the smaller taper flywheel for my Mark-15 / 20 / KG-7 based crank assemblies.
Flywheel will also work on your OMC 25 MOD / A-MOD with OMC 2-cyl CDI.

Small taper flywheel might also work on OMC based Hot-Rod ignition motors.... Less rotating diameter ! .....

Should be a great, time it once with timing light, batt, TDC pointer, and a slow drill, and forgit it forever......... "FIX"
