I built it using Luce plans and extended it 6 in. so that I could use it in Pro (13 ft). It has a 5 1/2 rise from bal.pt instead of 4 1/2, this per George Luce counteracts extra 6 in. Measures the same as plans from transom to balance pt. Boat made from Aquatec Meranti plywood as I couldn't access Okuume at the time. Weighs about 160. It is an easy boat to drive and turns great.
