  • WTB OMC 22ci 30 over pistons and rings

WANTED, OMC 25HP 22ci 30 over used pistons with the 1972 and up newer wedge style top ring

I want used pistons that you would no longer want to use because of heavy scuffing and/or moderate scoring
I want to try turning them down into 15 over so real deep scores or gouges don't work

By the way, were these pistons also used in any of the larger 3 or 4 cylinder models?

Mike, Do you need to make Franklin, or just to check out?..... I have a new back-up set but my best 22 omc is .030 O/S and still strong till the next melt down....... DOH !

But if you need to get in my wake I could tear down and fresh'n......

They are my last NOS set...... and fresh blue printed, bored, block.

I will lend you the block, pistons, and a complete powerhead with filler block and Bayer side cover to build till yours is done,...... if if it gits ya in the first turn on the outside in my turn-fin spray !...

Just about ready to test though for Winter Nationals and possibly a early NBRA run to bang sponsons with What's UP.....DOC ? >> the painted side Rick ? ....... ............ 100N > ............ and that powerhead timing is on the verg of melt down..... DOH !.... LOL !!.........

Also need those OMC-20H / A-MOD flywheels back to send else ware ASAP unless Ed has a eta?

Thanks Steve, but this project is to recycle 30 over pistons that are not otherwise usable. Not going to sacrifice any good new or used pistons for this.

Anyone out there have one in their 'junk' bucket?
