Not sure of any value to a racer. Best bet would be a guy into restoring this type of motor. The "tower of power" has a few dedicated fans, but the list is short vs. 2 & 4 cylinder stuff given the size of the beast. The wildcard will be if the crank is any good. Barn finds like this tend to have rust pitting the bearing surfaces.

The 60" (Six port covers) Mark 75 engine is the legal Formula E engine. The 66" engine is only legal in 1100 due to it's displacement. The D Mod guys may be interested in the pistons and rods (Small wrist pin) in the mark 78, and sell the crank online individually.
Big picture: ZUL8R did the best thing for you by posting on some collector sites. That is probably the best opportunity there to sell it.
