I have both a 302 and a 321. From what I see it might be best to buy a new 321 and sell the 302. Here is a link to the Yamato UK website: http://www.yamatoracing.co.uk/. There is a nice comparison chart on the changes. Also you will find some prices for the items. Here is the chart showing the differences: http://www.yamatoracing.co.uk/model-321/4587843953. A number of parts will be hard to get and will require quite some time to get them in.
