OMC Restrictor Plate for JSH

Hi All,
We bought and old OMC to get the next grandson (Quin) started in J hydro.
It came with the older .500 restrictor plate.
How does one procure the newer .562 plate for the OMC for J?
I don't see the path on the APBA site.
