Looking for safety gear for a new racer

My son would like to try his hand at JH this fall, but we lack gear that fits him. He's 4' 10" tall and about 100 lbs. We need everything (jacket, sleeves, pants and helmet). Anyone have gear they are looking to sell? Thanks in advance.
