Mercury 25XS / Desilva 13 foot

13 foot Desilva (C stock) with a current NY pleasure boat registration (transferable). Hull in fine condition. White areas are primer. Black areas are just some color for my checkout rides.Transom height is 12 inches. All steering gear included.

Motor is a 25XS. Rebuilt carb (full gasket kit) so it starts easily and pulls cleanly. Lower end outer bearing was greased before it was run. All threads are fine.
Includes prop (Tom Johnson 4/85 25H). Steering bars included. Idle test tank wheel included. Special to unscrew cap behind prop included.

GPS shows boat does 48 mph in an optimal chop.

Galvanized trailer has no papers and there are no serial numbers on trailer. It has brand new wheel bearings, wiring and lights. sized for 1 7/8 trailer ball.

I was just about to guess if that was Greenwood Lake. I think you're the guy we visited a couple years back. You saw us warming up my hydro and Mark 55H. Think you were on a motorcycle. Glad you got it running.

Jack, you might ask Steve Roskowski about the Delsilva/25XS combination for the Marathon. He ran his big DMR Desilva with a 25Xs at Top'O a few years ago. Finished middle of the pack as I recall and had a decent ride on a relatively choppy Marathon.

this NY boat and motor sold as separate items: motor is now in New Orleans, boat is in Cleveland. thanks for everyone's help.
