This is a complete boat, motor, cart. George Stillwill built Hemp style AXH rigged with BTM throttle, steering and turn fin. 15 hp Mercury converted for racing with throttle assy, steering bar, polished/profiled gear foot, high energy ignition kit. the powerhead has been blueprinted and bored oversize.
