  • Yamato 102 and Hemp

    Hey all,

I have a 102 and hemp for sale it includes the dolly and one of Hank Runne;s 102 props. The motor is fairly clean with the right propshaft, boot looks OK 140 lbs per cylinder dry. New points. Marthon tank and original steering bar. the boat is OK. It has a 1.5" hole in the bottom that needs repair and then a good cleaning all the hardware is on the boat. 3K USD if I fix the boat and 2750 if you fix the boat. I would help with delivery of the motor. this motor has don P stamped all over I do not know who that might be or if that is of any importance.

    The boat - 10'4" long, 36" bottom, 75" a/p, 15" transom from 90 degrees I did not check for a rocker.

Also still have the "b" hydro see pics 500USD with hardware or make an offer would like it gone before snow flies.

    Regards,

    updated specs

    Hey all,

I had some e-mails stating that was a really good compression reading for a 102 so I went and cleaned my compression guage and changed the valve and checked it three times in each the actual reading across three times in each cylinder came out to

    135 and a bit on #1
    134.5 on # 2

I CC'd both cylinders and they are 27 on the nose in both to the top of the plug threads and all air removed.

There is no black on this motor anywhere so I do not know if this is good or not.

    Regards,
    Dave Scott

                rig is still for sale

I really do not want to split the package up. I have again still a few interested parties that cannot get to me for different reasons. I want to move this outfit before winter here, so I can get the stuff out of my back yard.

2650 FIRM on the motor, boat, dolly, prop.

                Regards,

                        Hemp Hydro

Hey Dave....What do you think about swap'n the hydro for my DeSilva runabout?...great "D" or "D" mod boat..very light, lots of extra work done to it...If we can work it out I'll pool up some cash and buy the motor a little later?

Is that a boat or snowmobile on the trailer. I didn't think Sam's boats could run in the snow!! Just kidding. Merry X-Mas and I am 100 percent what you are trying to accomplish in D Class.
