4 blade Dewald 850 Hydro/Runabout wheel. Also I think Super E class in NBRA. wheel worked well on both hydro and runabout. High rake cleaver. You can see in one of the shots the measurements. 7 3/4 x 13 1/2. However the diameter is a bit smaller as it has been cut down and reworked. Good wheel asking $350.
