WTB - 25SSH rig

My brother wants to convert a 1999 25hp Merc fishing motor to a 25ss/xs then build a 25ssh. he is a newbie...I'd rather see him keep that motor on his fishing boat and before he gets done, he is going to have a heck of a time chasing parts and it is all going to be $$$....then he still has to build and rig a boat. Before he does, does anyone have a full 25ssh rig they would like to part with? he lives in region 1.

I have a 25ssh boat for sale. The boat is fully rigged with steering, throttle and fuel tank. The boat is in CT and can be delivered to many of the region one races. We will be in New Hampshire for the race at Milton June 7th and 8th. I do not have an extra engine for sale but there are some around that we should be able to track down.

I have a 25 rig for sale as well minus gas tank and motor but everything else is there. It is a Matt Ault hull and very fast. Its the black 99 boat.

I dont think you can run the fishing motor or if you can it won't be competitive.There's something different in the blocks.I have a lot of 25xs parts , good stock block , p istons, carbs , jets, etc.He'll I have a couple props im willing to sale .pm if interested or need a part you can't find im sure I have it

I believe Bro has decided to go the Yamato 302 route... He can run 3+classes with that motor.... Thanks for all the replies and feedback...
