I have one of the aluminum flywheels for a V6 Merc that can be quickly converted to a 44XS flywheel. $275 + shipping. The conversion requires a 44 hub and a rachet, and I'll throw in the hub since I have one sitting around. You'll have to get a proper rachet (Merc 50-88755) which is the manual rachet from a rope start motor. PM me if interested.
