    free hydroplane...

    ...with purchase of hardware

    10ft Hal Kelly hydro, rigged with steering hub, steering wheel, combing pulleys, tiebacks (indirect steering), throttle, turn fin and bracket. Buy all that hardware and I'll throw in the boat to which it's all attached. Hydro has Calif title and registration. $400.
