go no line and look up motocycle kevlar pants, many to choose from and alot cheaper, these are good for a 80 mph slide on concrete!

Motorcycle pants

I looked into these as well, but what I found was that most of the Motorcycle pants have kevlar "panels" placed in strategic spots within the pants. What if that fancy 4 blade cleaver decides to get you in a spot where there isn't a panel? That's gonna make the 100 bucks you saved seem pretty insignificant. IMO.
