I have just brought back to Florida a 25 SS Mercury and I am finally putting it up for sale. I have been in Panama for several months and I just got back with the motor. I had to disassemble it so it is in pieces to bring it on the plane with me. Everything is there except the bolts to assemble. Somehow they stayed in Panama. It will need to have new wiring but the motor was used only two days in fresh water. The owner died after that in a car accident. When it is reassembled, it should run like a new engine. I am selling the complete motor parts for $1250 plus shipping. This is about what you would pay for a regular used 25 hp outboard but this is a 25SS. I can send pictures if you are interested. I do not know how to post photos on this website so if anybody can tell me I will do it. If I do not sell the motor as a complete package, I will be selling the parts separately on Ebay. 25 SS parts going to Ebay tomorrow
Hi Guys,
I have had lots of interest but I need to sell these 25 SS parts. I am moving to a new house and I don't want to have to pack them with me. The prices are fair for such a special motor, hardly more than used parts on Ebay for regular engines. If nobody can make a deal for all the parts or specific parts by tomorrow, you can find all the parts on Ebay tomorrow. Thanks. Mike
