      I stand to be corrected, but is the 'D' case you are looking for,
      different from the 15:16 Konig 'split-case' as found on the 500 VC?
      There is a 12:15 'small-case', but I was not aware of a 3rd,
      'large-case' D , but I never owned a 700cc.
      You could also put a new Konny on it. Few would notice

        Very rare these days. Do you look for a TE type? or a normal late type from the 80's?

            Its almost identical to the konny large gearcease 14:14 part #960 except I need a konig/koenig

              Some are like you see that has a V like shape in the back. These were used on C,D. and F motors. They had a removable pinion gear from pinion shaft. T E types were used on the Volvo motors and 8 cylinder 850. These are very rare and so are the units I talk about above T E types had also one piece pinion shafts as also the later version of the above units. Gears were straight cut. The unit this man wants is the last made by Konig and would have spiral gears. There were not to many of these made so again can you say Hens Teeth? Steve
